- An initial coffee and a chat to get to know one another and understand/discuss what your vision is for your wedding ceremony.
- A second meeting closer to your date to finalise all the details.
- Access to my library of resources (readings, poems, and other components of your ceremony), along with helping with your vows.
- A friendly reminder to apply for your licence from Births, Deaths and Marriages!
- A little bit of homework for you both in the form of a questionnaire – this helps me craft your ceremony details.
- Emails, calls, advice, support, recommendations and a shoulder to lean on!
- Running a rehearsal at your venue (or elsewhere), if you want to have one. I recommend this – it’s great for helping calm nerves!
- Use of my microphone and wireless PA for the ceremony if needed
- Your vows printed as a keepsake.
Simple Wedding Ceremony
Keeping it short and sweet to just tie the knot! No bells and whistles required
This option is designed for those who are having a smaller celebration (maximum of 20 people), and would like a simple ceremony option. Available Sun – Thurs only.
This package includes:
- One video call consultation to get to know one another and discuss the details of your celebration.
- A modern, simple ceremony script with the option to include personalised vows.
- Helping with your vows, if needed
- A friendly reminder to apply for your licence from Births, Deaths and Marriages!

Just Master of Ceremonies
As your MC I will ensure that all your important speeches are managed, your music is playing during dinner and that your programme for your reception stays on track!! Nothing worse than when you can’t get that microphone back from that guest who just keeps talking! I’m good at that, so leave it to me! We can even throw in a game or two if that’s what you’d like! My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly and most importantly you and your guests have a fabulous time!
If I am also your wedding celebrant, I will help organise your group shots with your guests and your photographer.
As your Master of Ceremonies, my duties may include:
- Supporting with calling your guests for photos
- Ensuring that your guests feel welcome, and helping them with finding their way around.
- Work with your vendors to make sure your day runs seamlessly! This is the KEY to a relaxing and enjoyable reception for you and your family – rest easy in the knowledge that I am very experienced, and understand how a reception flows!
- Host the reception – this could include announcing your entrance, introducing speeches, calling tables to the buffet, announcing the cake cutting, first dance etc.
- Allow you to relax and enjoy the day, knowing that you have a warm, friendly go-to person who is an expert!
Planning
Full Wedding Planner Duties
Many modern bride and grooms like to do some of the planning tasks themselves and leave some of them to a wedding planner to sort out.

Day of wedding coordinator
The day of wedding coordinator ensures the bride and grooms plans are executed exactly how they envisioned them. This is especially important when it comes to untraditional wedding venues (ie farm or dry hire). These places usually do not have a wedding day coordinator on site and there are lots of things that need to be considered.
- Handle all logistics on the day.
- Create and stick to timelines.
- Communicate with all suppliers.
- Solve Problems – anything from getting a plaster to cigars to monitoring the bar tab!
- Make sure ALL vendors are on time.
- Checking in with the bride and groom to see if they need anything.
